* The order of the films are shuffled, so Kamen Rider W: Begins Night plays first, then Kamen Rider Decade: Final Chapter. This switch ends up playing to the movie's benefit in my opinion as originally the climax from the Decade part is put on pause for 40 minutes while the Double portion plays. Having the Double part first makes that wait easier because that part itself ends on a more 'complete' note.
Kamen Rider W: Begins Night:
* In the original version of the movie after Shotaro and Akiko go to the grave-site of the client's sister, when they are walking away, if you look to the right of the priests head, you can see the sound crew in the window following Shotaro/Akiko. This was actually fixed in the DC version! (I noticed this mistake way back when the original DVD came out. Props for them fixing it)
* There is a scene added after the Sonozaki party where Asami Mutsuki (the client) is at her home and the Death dopant appears. He tells her that the detectives have been dealt with and that she can have her sister back as long as she obeys him (this explains why she suddenly withdrew her request to Shotaro but also confuses things as we don't see the initial scene where she changed her mind/Death offered to give her back her sister in either version).
* The scene where Sokichi encounters Philip in the Gaia library is slightly extended (Nothing really important. Philip makes a slight mention to Terror).
* After the Begins Night flashback ends, right after Philip convinces Shotaro to continue fighting they get a call from Akiko who has been following Asami Mutsuki. This is how Shotaro finds out they were continuing to investigate while he was away and Philip hands him the documents from Jinno (in the original we cut back to that scene and Shotaro inexplicably had the documents already).
* During the actual call from Akiko before the keyword lookup, she reminds Shotaro of her father's motto 'the most important thing to a detective is his client' and that she will protect her father's wishes. Shotaro ends the call by saying he will tell Akiko everything about what happened to her dad when they get back (in the original we only had Akiko's line that she thought Shotaro would tell her when he was ready. this was a much needed addition).
* After the keyword look up and finding out that it was the Priest, they call Akiko back and tell her that is who they are looking for, due to Akiko following the client who is going to meet the Priest, Akiko luckily is already there (in the original Akiko somehow already knew they were looking for the priest and coincidentally bumped into him).
* The actually transformation for Saeko, Wakana and Kirihiko is added in instead of cutting away before they transform.
* When Philip realizes the memory isn't Death, an explanation by Philip about the Dummy is added in. Dummy gets a few extra gloating lines about why he was doing it, as well as his scene trying to find something to transform into to get away is just slightly extended.
Kamen Rider Decade: Final Chapter:
* After the title appears to start the movie there is a short dream sequence of Natsumi's that uses footage from the scrapped trailer that aired after Decade's initial TV finale. It shows the footage of Tsukasa being beaten by Decade (meaning he is also fighting with himself/inner battle i guess) and quick cuts of all the riders fighting him/Diend shooting him.
* After Yusuke and Natsumi meet Tsukasa outside of the tunnel, Kaito appears and tells Yusuke and Natsumi that they should find somewhere safe to hide. Yusuke says he wont run away and that if it meant he could defeat the devil, he would let himself become one too. (we saw this scene during the previews)
* The battle with Blade and Ryuki is extended. We see Tsukasa getting his ass kicked in human form outside (we saw pics of this in early magazine scans). Blade tries to slash Tsukasa, he transforms just his arm to block the attack and then finally the rest of his body. The fight continues inside to the part that was in the original version (this addition fixed some of the weird cuts during the original fight).
* There is a slight addition to the scene where Tsukasa comes back to life where Tsukasa, Yusuke, Natsumi and Kaito are together (not much new).
Movie Wars 2010:
* In the original version when Kamen Rider Decade is riding on the HardTurbuler with Double they simply fly at the Dummy dopant and Decade slashes him off. In the DC version we see Decade use a Final Attack Ride card first and the cards appear and they fly through them and Decade slashes him off (weird change but nice I guess. For some reason the Decadriver only says Attack Ride even though we can see the belt has Final Attack Ride properly written on it).
* The final scene with the Decade cast is slightly extended and added to the film instead of being part of the credits.
* The final scene with the Double cast is also added in just like what I mentioned above.
* The scenes in the credits are now making of scenes.
* Ryu's scene after the credits is still intact.
With this added scenes, Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider W & Decade: Movie Wars 2010 Director's Cut DVD is still a nice movie to look forward to, especially to those Kamen Rider fans. I think this will definitely fill up some of your questions on the original cut.
